There is a $10.00 processing fee for each record request. Transcripts,IEPs, and immunizations are separate records. Requests may take up to fivebusiness days to process. If you come in for same-day service, the processingfee is $10.00 per record and you must be here by 3:30 pm. ALL transactions arepayable in CASH or MONEY ORDER ONLY. NO CHECKS! If you have any outstandingdebts, these need to be cleared before any records can be released.

Please download and complete the transcript request form, and mail your requestwith payment to the school office.

• The last year you were here or the year you graduated
• Which record you are requesting (i.e.. official transcript, immunizations)
