The Academy of Arts and Sciences is designed and organized to serve students and families who have chosen a blended educational setting for any of the following reasons, or other reasons relevant to the individual:

·      Students, of all ability levels, seeking additional academic and learning opportunities.

·      Individuals who are self-directed and would like to choose from a wider range of academic options.

·      Scheduling – perfect for students who need a flexible schedule to partake in activities beyond the classroom (i.e. high level athletics, drama, music, and various other extracurricular priorities).

·      Exposure to the International Baccalaureate Program and the Arts and Sciences

·      Personal beliefs or values, and families who prefer a blend of online and on site instruction

·      Health reasons prohibit them from attending normal classroom programs

In education, one size does not fit all and the Charter School is dedicated to providing students and families with an online learning environment that can meet an individual student’s needs.
